SHIPMENT

The packages are sent CO2-neutral with the Austrian Post. You can find more information about this here .
As a rule, shipping is very reliable and takes (after production!) approx. 2-3 days within Austria and 5-10 working days to Germany.

At the moment we only ship to Austria and Germany.

Shipping costs (Prices incl. VAT)

Flat rate shipping within Austria is €4.90
Flat rate shipping to Germany is €9.90

From a minimum order value of € 69, we will ship your package to Austria free of charge.
From a minimum order value of € 89, we will ship your package to Germany free of charge!

RETURNS

Since these are individually made products, an exchange or return is excluded.

If a product arrives damaged or in the wrong quantity, please contact me via email at hello@uniquesoul.art.

The customer bears the costs for the return shipment. These products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
